Marvin has been with Ignite Group since 2022 and is the Team Leader for Public South. He is regularly involved with various municipalities and several housing corporations, and occasionally collaborates with companies, educational institutions, foundations, and associations.

With many years of experience in the grant sector, Marvin is actively engaged in developing and managing (complex) grant projects, as well as advising clients on grant and financial opportunities. His extensive knowledge of and experience with European, national, and provincial grants and funds enables him to motivate employees to actively pursue grant applications for projects. Maintaining a continuous focus on the grant acquisition process within the organization is central to his role.
